What are the payment methods?

We do accept payment by wire transfer and certified corporate check. In a highly regulated industries and sectors, we cannot accept cash or personal cheque or credit card.

Do you provide hands on training on OS2?

Yes, we do! Our training facility is within our TheraCann International 3600m Centre of Excellence located in the prestigious Panamá Pacífico International Business Park. There you can have direct hands on training together with training on our other technologies related to vertical aeroponics cultivation, processing, production, pack and label, disposal, laboratory analysis and DNA tagging.

How does OS2's SaaS License Work?

S2 is sold as Software as a Service (SaaS) and access to OS2 is provided as a “license”. Depending on your package, that license may include access to multiple modules and tools within OS2 including Process Flows, Good Management Practices (GMP’s), Work Flows, and Methods. Provided your account is active, you will have access to those tools. Licenses are granted on a per facility address and are intended to be used only by the licensed production facility. A Multiple-facility license may be available upon request. Under this license you may have unlimited user access, however, the amount of data you intend to store on OS2 and / or amount of bandwidth you need may increase your SaaS monthly fee.

What documents or data you need?

OS2 is intended to be used by organizations that are either in process of obtaining a production, manufacturing, or are engaged in a supply chain of a regulated licensed industry within their jurisdiction of operations or have an existing license to produce, process, distribute and / or analyze product. We have a simple form to fill that will help us in completing required “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and “Anti-Money Laundering” (AML) requirements prior to setting up your OS2 instance.

Can you provide information to our licensing authority?

We welcome the opportunity! We have successfully provided information to a variety of government regulators and licensing bodies. Our documents are typically tailored to a specific jurisdiction in the format required by the licensing body, therefore, if you can confirm the licensing bodies requirements we can provide this to you in Adobe .pdf format.

Do you integrate to government software?

Yes, we do! OS2 is built on a platform that allows for easy integration. We have integrated to a number of government run applications.

Will you integrate to other 3rd party software?

We’d love to hear from you. We’ve been busy integrating to a host of 3rd party applications to ensure that our commitment to “One SYSTEM One SOLUTION” is maintained. If you found something that we haven’t thought of let us know and we will have a look. If its something that other clients would benefit from we may integrate for free. If its unique to your business we’d be happy to provide a quote to integrate to OS2.

Do you have 24x7 customer support?

Yes, we do! Support ranges from Level 1 through Level 3 support depending on the severity of your support request. Level 1 support will manage routine questions and will be provided during regular office hours. Level 2 support that has identified the request as a “bug” within OS2 will be responded to within 48 hours. Level 3 support that has identified the request as “critical” will be responded to within the hour 24/7.
